Application data (database and uploaded files) is hosted by Supabase Inc. in the eu-west-1 region (Ireland), that is, within the European Union.

Riveska is a technical support service for publishing mobile applications. The publisher acts as a technical provider on Apple and Google developer accounts that remain solely owned by the client. The publisher is neither the publisher nor the owner of the applications released on behalf of its clients.

The terms applicable to paid services are set out in the terms of sale.

The structure of the site, its texts, its visual identity, its illustrations and its internal tools remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

The Apple, App Store, Google, Google Play and Stripe trademarks belong to their respective owners. Riveska is neither affiliated with, sponsored by, nor endorsed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

Applications, source code, content and trademarks provided by clients remain entirely their property.

The publisher is the controller of the personal data collected through the site, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data processed and purposes

• Account and authentication (email address, name, identifier): enabling sign-in and access to the client area. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Order and billing data: delivering the service and meeting accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation.
• Case data (application name, code link, messages, attachments, progress): delivering the service. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Email notifications about the case: keeping the client informed. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments and subscriptions)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Vercel Inc. (site hosting)

Some of these providers are established outside the European Union. Transfers are covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses or any other mechanism provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR.

Retention periods

• Account and case data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then 3 years.
• Accounting records and invoices: 10 years, in accordance with the French Commercial Code.
• Technical secrets entrusted (API keys, certificates): deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the service, or immediately on request.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to give directions concerning your data after your death. These rights are exercised with remymagnepro@gmail.com. A reply is provided within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, www.cnil.fr.

The site only sets cookies strictly necessary for its operation, in particular the session cookies issued by the authentication provider and by the payment provider, along with the cookie remembering the chosen language. These cookies are exempt from consent under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act. No advertising tracker or third-party analytics tool is used.

The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the site accessible. Access may be suspended for maintenance or technical necessity, without such interruption giving rise to compensation, subject to the obligations undertaken under the terms of sale.

Any manifestly illegal content accessible via the site can be reported to remymagnepro@gmail.com. The publisher acts promptly to remove such content once it has actual knowledge of it.
